Yoga for Beginners Program

I reached out to Stacy after having issues with bulging discs in my back. I have been practicing yoga for twenty years and as a new mother in a pandemic, it was one of the only grounding things I had left! When my injury happened, I thought I had lost yoga forever- as I had read that it was actually harmful for injuries such as mine. But I read more about self- healing practices for our backs and I found stacy’s blog. After reaching out to her she recommended her course which included her book (which is incredible). This course not only gave me my yoga practice back but a New relationship with my body and self- on the mat and off. This is what I've been looking for for so long. I already have multiple yoga teachers but now finally I found the missing piece. This is what yoga is and always has been for me. Yoga with purpose and more why we need it, how it works for you than the high expectations to manage the poses on the mat. It's about knowledge and feeling what serves you, to get you strong mentally and physically outside the mat. I will happily continue this education.
